As a Tesla Model Y owner myself I found this shade very useful when it came to privacy but my main use for this comes from having the exterior plastic cover on the window ( slats ) so now dirt cannot be seen through the window which was an issue as cleaning the outside of the small window was made difficult when I added the window spoilers.
